Honestly, one of the best parts of this visit was the woman who helped us, Cheryl (?) I think. She was an extraordinary advocate for Santa Clara. Oh and the food was really good as well!
Went in for lunch today. Today has been a tough day (unusual for a Friday) So I went in alittle out of it and frustrated. The lady that made my sandwich must of sensed it (older lady that spoke about how excited she was to see her grandkids this weekend) and she engaged me in conversation. Just simple , but much needed conversation. Her kindness was very genuine and is the reason I needed to write this. I was craving for a turkey sandwich with some veggies. For some reason or another, we don't have too many options for sandwich shops. I stumbled into Togo's. Leo gave me great customer service and he made my sandwich nice and neat with a smile. I appreciate good service from small chains when I received it bc it's not common. Thanks, Leo.
