SHRINKFLATION strikes again! Food and Service are always good but where did my lunch go? Maybe 3/4 of what I usually get :(Corporate GREED is gonna GREED. Just another restaurant that I won't patronize as much.
My hubby asked for cilantro. The young worker asked his coworker if they had any. Her response was if it's not there there probably isn't any. He told hubby there wasnt any. I followed up and asked if he could check with the cook. Turns out, all they needed to do was bring some out of the back. No apology came from the lady worker. Her initial response seemed to come from laziness and a lack of motivation to provide good customer service.
