We ordered online to pick up food on Thanksgiving Day. Unfortunately due to the holiday they were understaffed and had a plethora of online orders plus they were busy with dine in customers, so our food wasn't ready until 35 minutes after our originally scheduled pick up time! But they were courteous and offered us drinks while we waited and once we got the food to our final destination and ate it, the turkey dinners were delicious! So worth the wait! It was a Holiday and of course very busy. We called the order in and it was ready upon arrival. I requested additional items for my to go order and they were very accommodating. I like this IHop.

Seven of us came in together in Saturday night. Elan was the only server that evening. He did a great job accommodating all of us. He was friendly, accommodating, respectful and efficient. He also was concurrently able to deal with a hostile customer while maintaining his respectful, helpful attitude.
