I love this bar. Great design and atmosphere without trying too hard. The staff was super friendly and cool. I went there on a Sunday night, had a great cocktail and watched a killer pop-up comedy show that was really really good. Didn't expect a Sunday night to be that great. Can't wait to go back on a weekend.
I want to tread lightly on this review because I think Jj’s bar and grill does a good job in serving it’s purpose at least in my life. I only go there on an occasional Friday night for karaoke since it’s local to me. I can’t honestly say that I’ve tried the food so I can’t really give an honest opinion on it but it’s definitely a divey bar feel but with tables so it makes it more of a dive restaurant ambience. I do enjoy this spot for its pina coladas. They don't have a kitchen and it's very minimalistic, but it's cute, dark and quaint. If you like that for a quick escape, check it out! Prices aren't bad either.
