I want to give a shout out to Jackie at this location. I rarely receive actual customer service from any business anymore, everything is so automated, and she delivered on service. The app sent my order twice to the store and she called me when the second one came through after I already picked up my order. They didn't automatically fill it. The Panda Express on Newhall Avenue was great. This is the first time at the Panda Express location. Excellent ?Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome.Parking: Large parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: This facility has very accessable handicap parking and excess to Panda .

This is one of the best Panda Express locations I've been to in Southern California! When I'm in Stevenson Ranch and my Mom asks me to pick up some fast Chinese food, I drive a little further out of my way (from 2 closer locations) to visit this store. The young lady who manages it delivers fantastic customer service, the place is always clean, food items are fresh and unlike other locations nearby, when they're out of something they jump right in and prepare it fresh!
