Went last Wednesday night and had exceptional service from Tray. Delicious Calamari Steak dinner was ordered by our host and he ate every delicious morsel. Loved the French Onion soup that was delicious. Had the blackened salmon and a Caesar salad, so perfect! Ordered a slice of key lime pie that was to die for. The Hindquarters is a wonderful steak and burger style grill with a minimal weight and nice service. UPDATE: Went for my wife birthday. Started with the bus boy breaking a water glass on our table. The service was much slower than normal, heard employees swearing several times back in the kitchen. They also ran out of several items before 8pm. A little disappointed with this visit.
