First thing I noticed was how hot it was in the store. The franchise owner was too cheap to have the ac on or it was broken. The store looked run down and under equiped. The staff was friendly. Then I get my sandwich and go on about my day. I finally open my sandwich, and it's mostly lettuce. I'm definitely not going back there. I feel very cheated. Go to a different togos. You'll get a much better sandwich.Parking: Around 12 parking spots

Still a great sandwich after over 30+ years! My first job was at a TOGO'S on the West Side of Santa Cruz, CA, & they still have a very good menu & they still outdo the competition well.Love TOGO'S!

I’ve regularly eaten at this location in the past and see it as a safe space to get a quick meal. However, after being kicked out of an empty parking lot for sitting on my phone for no more than 3-5 minutes I will not be returning in the future. Clearly I made the workers uncomfortable by interrupting them goofing off when there were no customers in the store.
