“This place is value central. I ordered the teriyaki chicken plate with double meat and it was about $12-13. This easily lasted two complete meals. They are so generous with the meats :) The salad on the side complemented the meal well as it added a light crunch to the meaty, saucy goodness. The rice was good as well-- chewy and not dry at all. This place is perfect for a quick lunch bite between work hours, their service is efficient and great, and parking is not an issue. They posted a sign up saying they will have to increase prices soon because the cost of food is increasing a lot too. Understandable and I am willing to continue supporting this small family business.“
“From the exterior side of things, this place may not seem all that inviting - but their chicken teriyaki is where it's at, so don't judge a "restaurant by it's cover." I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Plate, Veggie Bowl, and Chicken Teriyaki Tacos. And, wow their chicken is so tender, juicy, and flavorful even though the plate itself doesn't seem like it has enough (teriyaki) sauce. The portions are decent and filling - but what really took me away was how tender and nicely marinated the meat was. For the side salad that comes with the plate, I got their house dressing, and it did not disappoint! The Veggie Bowl comes with your usual cabbage, broccoli, and carrots with rice and even this bowl - the veggies were so nicely steamed! And, of course, the Chicken Teriyaki Tacos were very scrumptious (still $1 a piece)! P.S. they didn't give out extra salsa for the tacos but even then, each bite was very delicious - definitely the chicken teriyaki meat has a huge part on that (IMO)! This joint will definitely be one of my top 5 Chicken Teriyaki place to go to!“
“I mobile ordered lunch and though the wait was longer than I would have liked, the food and service was worth it. The area I could see from the car looked spotless and the employees were kind and efficient. Once I ate my food (Orange chicken with udon and veggies) I was even more pleasantly surprised. It was the right portion and tasted great. I went around noon, so maybe that's why my experience was pretty great. I'd suggest trying this location out.“

“First visit here. Absolutely loved it. The albacore sashimi should really be renamed a carpaccio. Thinly sliced premium seared albacore with a tangy delicious ponzu sauce. With more than 10 slices, it's the perfect delicacy to share with someone special. Everything else here was super fresh and tasty. The ambience is dark & comfy and the customer service was friendly, quick & efficient. I found my new favorite spot for sushi.“
“Purely for charm and LA history, Otomisan is outstanding. The oldest continuously operating Japanese restaurant in the city, there's certainly a retro feel to this place that can't be replicated.Ever since a few well-received profiles (Vice, PBS, etc), Otomisan has experienced a burst in popularity. On Saturday, we arrived at 11:30am, which is when they opened, and already all three booths were taken. Our party of four sat at the counter, which honestly might have been the reason we had such swift service. The owner is SUPER nice and even though she was obviously totally overwhelmed with a long waiting list and a bunch of takeout orders, she handled everything with a smile and didn't rush anyone out.The food is exactly like what I had when I ate at my friends' parents' or grandparents' houses who were Japanese American, so this meal was a lovely hit of nostalgia.Highly recommend the katsu, teriyaki, tempura, edamame, and salmon roll.“
“We tried the diamond set. The meat quality of the 1st round was really good. But the quality of a5 wagyu was not as good after the 1st round. Sweet shrimp was not that fresh, and the steam egg portion was too big. The wagyu sandwich was not good at all and way too dried. Overall, it was a great experience.“
“Wow!!!! Hands down my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant. Their beef pho is delicious? and out of this world. I’ve been a big fan of pho ? and have been eating this dish for years just about everywhere I travel to when I’m out of state or in the mood for it here in the city. This is my new favorite spot for pho. Wish I can give them 10 stars because they deserve it.“
“I definitely loved it. The second time going, I will definitely be going more often. The food is always so good, I had the takoyaki, the crispy tuna rice cakes, the baked crawfish roll, and the scallop roll. I had their green jasmine hot tea, I can't wait to try some other dishes.“
