With the pandemic, Dialogue has moved its experience temporarily moving its dining area onto a balcony overlooking the Promenade and using what was formerly a pizza kitchen to produce a small daily tasting menu. A couple of friends and I went to try the Tidbits menu at the outdoor balcony. We tried most of their dishes and were very pleased. We stated with a cucumber succulent salad followed by a ribeye carpaccio and a hamachi w/melon and aguachile that were amazing. We absolutely loved our dining experiences at Dialogue pre-pandemic, and we have been so impressed by the way they have evolved throughout the pandemic to continue to provide wonderful, evocative dining experiences! The carpaccio special at Tidbits was extraordinary, service was impeccable as ever (in a relaxed way), and the outdoor location overlooking Third Street Promenade from the 2nd floor was great.
