Delicious food. Friendly atmosphere. The warm sardines were incredible. The sandwiches looked great. Caesar salad, very tasty, maybe the teeniest bit overdressed and a pretty big heap of anchovies which was too much for me. Salmon and asparagus yum. Pomodoro not as al dente as I prefer. Seemed like maybe they were short of staff because family members were filling in and it was a little bit odd but we were there early. BUT I would totally go again. Oh! I began my journey at Heroic for lunch with a friend. He told me that i had to go to this place and have the best sandwich in the world. We went to Heroic and I ordered the OMG sandwich, which is named perfectly, Oh my God, it was the best ever. I asked my waiter if they were open for dinner, because lunch was so amazing. What a great dinner and a wonderful evening we all had. A great spot right at 5th & Santa Monica. Food was fabulous...they do need to work on their Cannolli's<; Otherwise a big A- overall and that is pretty good!! Our server VIRGINIA was great and a Young Man from Koln was fantastic as well. We will be back.
