I love BR ice cream. But this location is lacking. The older woman who works here seems like she'd rather be anywhere else. She's not friendly at all and is super stingy with portions. A sundae here looks nothing like the standard BR sundaes elsewhere. It's not worth it for the price. Some of the other employees - specifically the older gentleman are - very nice and helpful. I've gotten cakes here that are good.

What a great job they did on my daughter's birthday cake. My daughter has always loved Snow White and even though she is an adult we still always celebrate with the character. The cake was perfect in every way and delicious. Thank you!

I love this place. I live in Windsor and drive to this Baskin Robbins because they are so nice. You can go anywhere and get ice cream, but the customer service here is Amazing. I am always greeted (with a smile) as soon as I walk in. Granted, it is harder to see the smile with the mask on, but you can hear it in there voice. Well worth the drive.
