We had read that all pasta was freshly made in house. Everything we ordered was delicious. The portions were generous. The service was attentive without being overbearing. We highly recommend this restaurant and we'd love to eat there again whenever we're in the area.

Service was professional and efficient at this fine dining restaurant as expected. We have been long time customers and food is consistent and they have excellent choices. I had one of the best eggplant parmigiana I have eaten in a long time. They also make the best panna cotta for dessert with berry sauce. Everyone at our table thoroughly enjoyed their meals and the experience.

Wonderful atmosphere, food and outstanding service. An absolute must. Mom's 85th birthday was a hit. Try the grapa.

My friends in town for a visit left me in charge of selecting a restaurant for lunch. Ca'Bianca was the right choice. White linens, flowers, the building itself added up to the perfect ambiance. The menu, sophisticated Italian with CA flair, had lots of opportunities for a fine lunch. The service was excellent, the Italian wines lovely, and the lunch was a success!

Having dined at Ca'Bianca on three occasions, I find myself compelled to offer a candid review. Despite the undeniable charm of its setting, the culinary experience leaves much to be desired. The allure of the ambiance, while initially captivating, is overshadowed by the mediocrity of the cuisine and the uneven professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Each visit, rather than elevating my dining experience, only served to highlight the gap between the potential and reality of what Ca'Bianca offers. The food, unfortunately, tends towards the forgettable, with flavors that fail to leave a lasting impression. It is an overhyped establishment by off-putting pretentious locals. I can understand how others may be charmed by this restaurant, but once you have experienced restaurants of the caliber that this restaurant assets itself to be, you see through the facade. With such a vibrant local culinary scene, Ca'Bianca feels like a missed opportunity. For those drawn by the promise of a dining experience that marries charm with culinary delight, it might be to explore other venues. In essence, while Ca'Bianca captivates with its setting, it ultimately falls short where it truly matters – the plate.

Went to Ca'Bianca for the first time for lunch. Wait staff very polite and attentive. I ordered a lunch special "Panino di Carne" (House-made Tuscan bread, Angus beef hamburger, zucchini, fontina cheese, roasted potatoes & greens). Was delicious. They also provide the table with warm bread which also was so good.

Another amazing meal at Ca' Bianca. We shared the polenta appetizer and then splurged with steak and prawns, accompanied by a splendid Nebbiolo. Sitting on the deck in the sunshine, we could hear the fountain trickling and see the magnolia blossoms coming into bloom. We were full, but we were too comfortable to leave; so we shared a perfect affogato.

We especially enjoyed the service given to us by Alessandra. Her patience and attendance were superb. She wanted us to be satisfied--and we were. The pasta carbonara has become our favorite dish.

The restaurant is nice but it's too overrated. The food is good but it's not that great for how expensive it is. We were taking a picture and the busser interrupted and reached his hand in front of us as we were taking the picture, his hand was in our picture.

So much to dislike here. My girlfriend and I went here to have a late Valentine's Day dinner. The menu seemed fairly priced and the food sounded delicious, so we went to try it out. Our server was very friendly and the staff did a mostly great job, until the food got to us. I asked for the Surf and Turf. A plate over $50... and got a dry lobster tail and a super small steak! When I told the server about how dry the lobster was and about how the steak was too small for what it would cost to buy, they just said they would tell the chef and gave me a full priced bill. They even forgot to bring one of our drinks out until after we said we would like our check. We had asked for the drink earlier and did not receive it then either. If you want Italian food, there are MANY better restaurants around the area than Ca'Bianca. They are such a let down.

Over many visits we've had excellent service and food. My favorites are always either rigatoni or ravioli. Belgian chocolate cake and tiramisu are favorite desserts. A great place to celebrate birthdays or other special occasions.

I was really looking forward to eating at your place! It wasnt great. Waiter was very glum. Eggplant appetizer was really good. But salmon and sea bass were not good. I'd say edible but just short of a dish we would send back. Good wines though.

Decided to take a chance on Ca'Bianca despite usually being skeptical about trying new restaurants, and wow, was I blown away! It's not just the best food I've ever tried, the people were super nice and the vibes were absolutely amazing. Definitely a must-visit for anyone looking to be impressed on all fronts!
