The staff at this location are a lot nicer and friendly mannered. The one in healdsburg it's unfortunate the experience with staff and management are rude but this establishment has been a great experience every time so the travel is worth it.

Nice place but there is something wrong with your app, it’s hard to log in and there also a delay on the order placing, we got to the drive thru and the order was not in yet, we had to circle the restaurant and come inside for the order to pop up. The guy in the drive thru didn’t really care much about the situation, there was nothing he could do he said, even though I had a receipt in the app with an order number and a charge in my credit card. Love it here, the only Carl’s Jr I go to, they never mess up my order, it’s always fast friendly and clean. 10/10 would recommendVegetarian options: For vegans like me that forget their lunch some days it’s nice to know I can count on a meal that honors my lifestyle, not once have they ever given me Mayo or cheese on my sandwich and that’s honestly very hard to come by
