This is a nice local bakery with fresh pastries and baked goods ? I love to stop by for fresh same day baked cookies or bread to have with my coffee later on. It's small and local vibe with friendly people and quality goods ????
So we went to Gravensteins Apple Faire & came upon this fine baked good establishment, Cavalieres. We were lucky to try a slice of their apple cake since they had sold out the previous day. It's a slice of heaven with apples incorporated into the mix. The serving is generously topped with a delicious concoction of maple crème on top, then a topping of caramelized apples but wait there's more, a dollop of creamy buttery topping.
