Service is service. Sales is sales. While we had a minor check out issue that was resolved quickly I saw above and beyond by Beatrice. I had to look at her name tag as she passed me because what I saw her do made me wonder what Costco is teaching people. Few would walk across a parking lot with a customer in need just to make sure they were okay with a heavy load. Sound silly? It's 2023. Costco customer support service is the worst and the reason for this review! The 1800 number is not helpful but rather rude, they emailed a refund confirmation and then said that they cant honor a refund because their policy now changed. Very shady company and I canceled my membership right away.9/13- updated to 3 stars since they reached out to offer refund, will remove once refund complete.Thanks Costco!
What's not to love about Costco?! This is not the Costco I frequent the most. I stopped by to get some cat litter for my mom because it was on sale. The cat litter was easy to find and I was in and out without any issues. I love that the have a lot of self checkout stations, this really helps the lines move faster.
