Bad customer service. The big iPad at the counter that takes your order has only incentivized the workers to stay in the back. No one greats you or tells you if they are out of any particular items until you have ordered on the iPad.
I recently gave into my temptation in finally trying Dunkin coffee, since they opened up near us some years ago. I have not once been disappointed. The employees are so kind and accommodating. I have never received any mistakes or errors in my drink orders. The drinks are delicious! I highly recommend this Dunkin, and same goes for the location on Santa Rosa Avenue. So yum, I wish I was drinking one right now!

Delicious donuts! Great place to get coffee, energy drinks, study after school. My son goes to get donuts while studying and handling his homework from the high school down the street.
