Probably the worst diner I’ve ever been to. They charged me $13 for two drip coffees and an orange juice and no one came to take my order. Has a sleazy vibe. Doesn’t seem very clean. Won’t be returning.

When ever my wife and I are in that area of Santa Rosa around the time for breakfast. We'll stop in there. Staff is always friendly. The food always good. I had the chicken fried steak red potatoes eggs over easy and it was great. Cant remember what my wife and grandson had, but do recall they said they enjoyed their breakfast. Nothing fancy. Good food. Clean and friendly.

Food was good but we waited a while for it and went to counter to pay. Was definitely over charged. We had pancakes and an omelet and coffee our bill was $38. Didn't not realize until we calculated it when we left. Check your receipts. We did not get one .

Ladies were so nice and worked as fast as they could for being so short staffed but I have to say that the food is so over priced and tasteless. Well, not completely tasteless, my French toast tasted like raw eggs ? and the scrambled eggs and sausage was edible but not great. I took my Mother there for Mother's Day breakfast and we spent almost $40 :( We were so disappointed especially after reading good reviews..
This restaurant is very welcoming, the food is fresh and delicious, the waitress/cook is friendly and prompt with fresh coffee. I would absolutely reccomended it

Great chicken fried steak and eggs! I really enjoyed it, fast service and the folks there really make you feel at home. Great coffee, and lots of it. I'd highly recommend the Happy Hen for a hearty breakfast.

After the gym Sunday morning decided to take a drive and try the place, parking was ok, however upon entering an employee told me behind the counter that the waitress told her to tell me she just got a party of 25 people to wait on, disappointed that I wasn't going to be served and dissatisfied an other employee couldn't of taken my order, heard the food was good, but never got a chance to find out

Great food. Great service. I wasn't rudely asked to put a mask on before even being greeted like most place in the area. My server was friendly and attentive. It's a little pricey, but that's probably everywhere in California.
