NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN. me and my boyfriend ate here Friday afternoon. By that night my boyfriend could not stop throwing up and diarrhea. He had to go to ER and they admitted him. He stayed till Saturday evening. They said it had to of been from the in n out. Cause we didn’t eat anything else Friday. Sunday night (which is right now) my symptoms began. (Food poising can take a few days to start). Now I have diarrhea and have almost vomited. This is horrible.

My wife asked the cashier Jesse to repeat her order then Jesse snatched the receipt out of her hand and started repeating our order with disrespect and attitude. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable!Hopefully Jesse doesn’t disrespect the wrong person one day.

First time at in and out burger. Heard rave reviews, was excited to try. The burger patties were thinner than McDonald's. The fries were terrible, and shakes boring and straight out of spigot. Will never go back. For a $21.00 bill you can get any restuarant burger for almost the same price and have a patty that is thick enough to see doneness.

It's extremely clean.The staff are all smiling and nice and pleasant even when people are complaining to them.They've always been pleasant to me when I go in--when the food's always been fantastic I've never had a problem and their prices are reasonableParking: It can get tricky -- during high volume times...Otherwise there's normally plenty of parking.Or if you prefer to go through the drive-thru--it's always longer during high peak hours.

It is always delicious and fresh and the customer service is excellent and here is the best thing about In-N-Out. It hasn't skyrocketed in price. They went up a little bit but it is still affordable and I thank them for that.
