The manager was very uninformed about what food he has and very rude. He would not give me any hot water for my coffee, the bathrooms were filthy dirty, the door would not even shut on the ladies bathroom. The food was horrible. The manager's name who served Was Heriberto who should be gone immediately!!!!

This place is good love the food and not so bad stuff happened to me except for once when I got a few burgers and they forgot the meat! I don’t know if this was a mistake but I got four burgers and they only put meat in one burger the rest was buns!

I went through the drive thru. The guy asked if I wanted any sauce, but then gave me a dirty look when I asked for ketchup. I looked in the bag and noticed that there was no straws for my two drinks, so I asked for some and got another dirty look, but he gave them to me. After I left I noticed that he didn't give me any napkins, and my burger was made from the smaller patties and buns. I don't plan to ever go to this location again. I might not go to any Jack in the Box again....read full review
