I've been going to "The Shack" since they first opened in Santa Rosa. Since they've closed all but one location, I drive across town to get the Strawberry Bowl. In reconciling my bank statement, I was double charged on 2 different occasions for the exact same amount. Ok, once is a fluke, twice is credit card fraud. I went into the store to show them my charges, staff were tolerant at best, said they'd have to call the manager and that he'd call me back "when he could". Two days later I get a call from the manager, Doug Randolph. He said he needed to understand what happened and that he would look into it and call me the next day. Well.......2 days later he calls and says he can "find no record of a double charge in the amount I stated". I immediately called my credit union, they could not only see the double charges, but sent me a print out to take to Doug. They also told me that this error could only happen on the Juice Shack end of this fraudulent business. I'm talking about a very small amount of money, $22.78 to be exact. That's not the point!!!! SO...........CHECK YOUR BANK/CREDIT or DEBIT CARD STATEMENTS IF YOU'VE EVER USED ONE AT THE JUICE SHACK!!!!!!!

Soooooooooooo JUICYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY I swam laps today, gorgeous day, did around 1200 meters, hongry and figured I would call Joe's for a sandwich for Mike and the Juicy Shack for some Wheatgrass for me. A Young Lady answered the phone said it will be ready in 5 minutes. Her voice reminded me so much of a good friend, in fact, a man I know that's from NOLA and has 17 brothers and sisters - TRUE NUFF, Kerry has a voice, especially when he's laughing and excited and told me - (Think Older Female Jazz Musician like Billie Holiday (my Mom's favorite singer)). "Y'ALL GOINNA LUV DAT LICKWID GRASS n'SH*T PAWDNA" Haha not even close but he's good people, great family and I would put him up against anyone on volume. There can be Only One person to put a kibosh on Kerry, and that would be his wife, the loveliest of all. The Shack is very good, good working crew and reasonably priced.

Juice Shack will charge you an extra $$ if you are paying with card. The won’t even tell you either. They will tell you the amount and then on the card reader will be more expensive then what was just said. Don’t tip the people here because they’re already taking more money. The smoothie was good, but the service was terrible. They were out of most things we wanted, which would have been fine of the girl taking our order had been any kind of nice before rolling her eyes because we asked her to cut the pizza in half.

The girl working today has one hell of an attitude problem. It seems clear that she hates her job and takes her frustrations out on customers.

This place doesn’t have top quality service. Their smoothies are good, but the people working there just don’t care about anything. Their cups don’t have their business name in it, it’s just so plain. Last complaint is their front checkout counter. You can’t see the person you’re speaking to, there’s something in front of you blocking your view of everything. ??♂️
