I used to go there a lot the food was amazing as well as the service. The restaurant gives you the Indian cultural look which is pretty good. The only thing that is missing is having some music. Overall my experience at this restaurant is great.

I love this place. Tonight our power went out so we decided to actually dine out. We had the vegetable pakora and chicken korma. The pakora are so good. The korma is also delicious!

My favorite Indian restaurant in town. I've tried many others but keep coming back here. Everything I've had here is delicious. The restaurant ambience leaves something to be desired, but the food more than makes up for it. The samosas are amazing.
Takeout from here was nice, since the parking situation isn't great. The containers kept the food warm. We got saag and tikka masala, with rice and naan. Everything tasted good. Price was about what you'd expect for the portions.

Kafals has some great options for Indian food in the area. Their butter chicken, tiki masala, veggie, onion and potato pakoras are amazing, their Nan is fluffy with a nice crisp on the outside, and I've enjoyed many of their veggie options. When I worked a few blocks away this was also a go to spot for my coworkers and I during our break for their lunch buffet. Affordable, fresh, and a good selection to choose from! The people whom we've encountered there have always been very friendly and provide great attentive service. The restaurant does have some small booths that you can sit cross legged at, but I'm rather tall and I find it a little uncomfortable. The ambiance isn't anything special, but it's comfortable enough. Overall I think this is a great option for Indian food in the Santa Rosa area.

I ordered takeout here for the first time last night and was extremely impressed with the food. The online order process was seamless, my order was ready for pickup in 25 minutes and the staff was very friendly. I ordered Lamb Vindaloo, Chicken Korma and the Tandoori Appetizer. I particularly dislike it when curries are excessively oily and these dishes were anything but. Both the Vindaloo and Korma had silky smooth gravies, the flavors were fantastic and the portion sizes were very solid. Also, the Tandoori appetizer was fantastic. The marinades that they use are amazing and the meats in all three dishes were prepared to perfection This is a little gem of a neighborhood restaurant and I can't recommend it enough!

. The food is delicious! Served piping hot, naan bread straight out of oven/delicious. Entree portions are on the small side, hoped to have been able to take something home. Food is fairly reasonably priced. Here's what's lacking. AMBIANCE!!!! And.....a sense you are welcomed at this place. Music is pretty non existent. Smiles, pretty non existent, interior decor....non existent. Orange walls are hideous! Saturday eve, four patrons....I hope YOU read this. Good food "ain't enough"... there is alot of competition for food choices in Santa Rosa. Look into an intervention. (I feel better now)

The food is amazing and to die for. I got the chicken masala and was pleasantly surprised. It was the right amount of heat and the nan was fresh. It was also reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend here. The service is quick and the food is good. The workers are also super friendly.
