We had a party for 10 and they refused to split any of the bills - After requesting to chat with the manager, she absolutely refused with little kindness, wasn't the best experience- zero flexibility- manager was rude - snob

Six of us, four adults and two children, had dinner at La Rosa recently and were very happy with our experience. The food, service, and ambiance were outstanding. We were seated outside on the patio. It was a bit chilly but they had the heaters going and it was very comfortable. The food was excellent. We started with drinks and guac. Two of us had mocktails which I am beginning to prefer to the real thing, one had sangria and one beer. It was a nice start. Four of us had the combination plates which include one or two of a selection of items including tacos plus refried beans and rice. One of our group had fish tacos and the other chimichanga. My combo had a chili relleno and a crispy beef taco. My wife had a tamale with a crispy taco. They were very good and there was a lot of food. Our server Carrie was very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend.

Happy hour is great the only down side is they charge you for chips and Salsa but the quality is fabulous. Our server super smiley and friendly was our first time going. Very big inside very clean great patio. Will be returning soon.

Always a solid spot when I come home for good drinks, food, and friends. Been coming here 20+ years and it never disappoints through all the name changes, club or no club, we're always

I would say my experience was closer to 4.5 stars--very pleasant and exactly what I needed during a long road trip. My mom and I swung by for dinner during a recent trip up the coast since they allow dogs to sit with you outside on the patio, and we had our pup. They got the heat lamps going for us and it was rather enjoyable. We were the only ones out there. They even gave our pup a bowl of water, which was much appreciated, thank you! For drinks I went with the Cucumber Cooler, since I usually prefer refreshing cocktails that are subtly sweet. This drink includes Correlejo Blanco, orange liqueur, fresh citrus and cucumber water ($14). Served in a tall glass on the rocks. I would have preferred a slightly less sweet drink, but still enjoyed it overall. (Most people would probably think it's the perfect amount of sweetness.) For food I chose the Pacific Veggie Burrito, without dairy, to make it plant-based ($19). The generous burrito was filled with seasonal veggies, guacamole, black beans, and salsa, and it came with a side green salad. The burrito was flavorful and very satisfying. I prefer my salads lightly dressed (there was a little too much dressing for me), but I still managed to eat most of it. Service was good, everyone was friendly and helpful. It was a nostalgic moment since my family had dined at this restaurant 19 years prior on another road trip up the coast. I believe it was called something else at the time. I'd be happy to stop by again if I'm in the area in the future.

We held a large gathering at La Rosa in the Rose Room with 42 people attending. I don't know if there are enough words to convey what a wonderful experience we had. The food and service were both amazing. The guacamole and ceviche are some of the best around. Entrees included carne asada (yummy), chicken chimichurri (it looked delicious), and shrimp and wild mushroom enchiladas (also a big hit). The dessert churros were the perfect ending to a great evening. Service was prompt and attentive. I highly recommend La Rosa for your banquet needs. And if you just want a meal for a couple of people you just can't go wrong here. Thanks for a great experience, Emmy!

The best fajitas I have had anywhere in a 100+ mile radius. The ingredients are quality- tender steak and shrimp, not cheap and chewy and flavorless like a lot of places. Whatever marinade they use is incredible and the veggies are always perfectly sautéed. We crave them all the time! Great chips and salsa, and the margaritas are amazing!! Also love the pastor tacos, guac, and corn appetizer!

Amazing food, carnitas were the bum, Pozole tasted just like my mom's home made Pozole, the Chile relleno plate was also delicious. Taquitos Dorados is a must, that is one of my favorite starters and La Rosa makes them delicious. Service was fast considering how busy it was. Ambiance is is casual, perfect place for big gatherings. 5 stars for this business,

Very delicious! Strawberry margarita went down too easy, the esquites appetizer was absolutely divine, and I opted for the split steak and shrimp fajitas but honestly wish I just got the steak, it was that good!! I tried my friends queso fundido with the chorizo and that was definitely a hit too! Chips and salsa for starter is a must. Super quick and friendly service. Fried ice cream dessert was decent - a good portion for the price - tasted like Cinnamon Toast Crunch to me, which isn't a bad thing. Casual dress up vibe. Indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is a bit difficult but we were able to find a spot not too far.

Stacy ..

Things I wish I would have known before going: 1) they charge extra for chips and salsa without clarifying that you'll be paying for your chips and salsa 2) they offer you a spicy salsa without telling you that you will be paying for the salsa 3) you pay 14 dollars for FOUR taquitos and finally they will try and charge an automatic 20% gratuity for your 2 year old and baby who didn't order any food. Was the food good? Yeah it was fine, but not worth 178$ for feeding 4 people. Not authentic by many means.

The taste of the food is really important to me. I really didn't like my dish but that's because I don't like lomo saltado. That being said, I had lots of different appetizers as well as the fried ice cream and they were all mid.My friend said her dish was also nothing to write home about. So that with how expensive it is, I'll go elsewhere. Our server was awesome though, very nice and hardworking.

The most delicious fried ice cream with cinnamon and sugar edible bowls. Special thanks to the wonderful team that spoiled my daughter with her dessert. Must try the fried ice cream when shopping in downtown Santa Rosa.

Terrible service. Ashlie G was extremely rude and made me and my date feel so uncomfortable that we left after our appetizer.
