Saw the boy at the counter drop my Stromboli- ask the girl at the register what to do. He then stashed it under the counter and then she picked it back up and gave it to me. I asked her to make a new one, she tried to give it to me cold. I asked her to heat it, then she told me to move. I ordered $300 worth of pizza from them the day before and I really hope o did not serve my employees food dropped on the ground at Sbarro Santa Rosa.

In typically don't got to the mall , i actually avoid it like the plague, however, I had a friend tell me that he had eaten at sbarro at the mall and really enjoyed their pizza. Well, I made the sacrifice, and headed over for a slice of pizza. Let me tell you, I do not regret that decision one bit! The slice of pizza was a descent size for the price. The pizza was not too thin , not too thick. Just perfect! The sauce on it was tasty, and the cheese was also just the perfect cheesiness amount that should be on a pizza in my opinion. I also got a Stromboli. It is basically a pizza that's rolled up. Omg, the flavor was amazing! It kind of looks like a hot pocket, except it's a little bigger and tastes a million times better than a hot pocket. ....they also have salads but that will be something I get next time. Yes, I will be coming back to this restaurant regardless of it being at the mall.

FOUND 3 small black hairs in my pasta!!! (My hair is blonde) Hands down THE WORST customer service I have EVER witnessed. After both twins gave me constant attitude for wanting FRESH potatoes I said forget it and she threw my change back at me. The other young boy looked VERY high as well. They were all calling me the B word and different names all because I called her out and said she does not need to be working customer service with that attitude!!! On top of that the manager DID NOT apologize but the SECURITY OF THE MALL DID!!

Go here every time I hit rosa, and the staff men are the best. But they hired a new woman, and she doesnt listen to your oder. Baked ziti was very soggy and just wet, I had to pour it out so it wouldn't spill. Even the cheese slipped right off. First time disappointed but still have hopes.
