Placed an app order and was there when it was "ready", just to go inside to pick up and ended up waiting 15 minutes longer. There were no other customers inside. Apparently their drive thru time is more important than anyone that goes inside or app orders.
Fast food. They're very consistent and they never mess up my order. The price is competitive with other fast food restaurants. Nowadays the restaurants I'd like to eat at close at 8 o'clock so sometimes my only choice is fast food drive thru. I give them 5 stars but you can't give a fast food restaurant 5 stars no matter how good they are. Lol

This Taco Bell on Hopper Avenue is the best one in Santa Rosa. The food is consistent and portions seem better than other Taco Bells that seem to skimp on ingredients. The employees are great and helpful.
