I had heard about Soriana's and considering how many taco shops we gave in Santee, I was curious how this one compared. So I ordered Carne Asada chips and a carnitas taco. Food 5 stars- chips were crispy and fresh, serving size was pretty big, carnitas was the perfect blend of crispy and soft. Both items were freshly prepared and flavorful with presentation in actual dishes- plate and bowl. Love their food. Great family run business. They have some of the best salsas/hot sauce. One of the few places that uses real potatoes in their California burrito - so much tastier than fries.

It was very good food and a nice atmosphere, but one of the servers told me she was going out to the beach with her pet rooster, I was a little bit confused. But overall, good experience and I very much do look forward to eating here again when the time comes. Very nice and neat experience, always recommended.
