This place is a hidden gem and a pretty unique spot that has just about everything for its size. The staff is always really cool and helps with anything you might need. They got some pretty good deals too if you look around before you check out.
This is the only liquor store/convenience market in the area where the employees actually wear masks and enforce it amongst customers. I flat-out refuse to continue going to Stallion Market or any of the 7-11 markets in the area. Thank f*** for Sam's.

Friendly owners and employees. Clean store and if they don't have something you want, just ask Sam, the owner, to stock it for you and he will if you're a loyal and frequent customer! Great deli too...can't wait for them to reopen that part of store

The owner, Sam, is a very accommodating owner...if you want him to stock your favorite brand of booze or beverages, he will! Just ask! I love this cozy, hometown market, liquor store and deli....

Sam's has a fantastic selection of beer (I mean, seriously, weird German stuff, hipster IPAs, and the usual). On top of that, they have great snacks-- I love their options for cookies and ice cream. The sandwiches and baklava from the deli are delicious. I'd urge my fellow Sunland folk to give your money to this spot, as opposed to chain-ier neighbors. This is a small business and their selection is really special.
