The food was excellent. The service was very spotty; we got a very sparse serving of bread with no butter or olive oil until we had to ask for it! When we wanted more bread it took 20 minutes to get it. The place is very noisy and hard to hear people next to you. Also, they do not take cash, which was not mentioned until we got our bill. 0j

My husband and I came here for date night and loved the food. We got the Steak tartare, hamachi crudo, the carbonara, and the short rib ragu. We also got their tiramisu which was creamy and delicious as well as the butterscotch budino which was equally delicious. The service was good with knowledgeable staff. Osteria La Buca in Sherman Oaks is absolutely amazing. Having previously visited their LA location, I believe they're part of the same family. The food, particularly the shrimp dish which I'll share photos of, was outstanding. Despite the restaurant not being too busy, they welcomed us to stay and chat for as long as we liked, and we left them a generous tip. Honestly, I recommend every single meal—they're that good.
