“I live in the area & frequent this sandwich shop! It replaced the old Subway location & what an upgrade we got as far as sandwiches go! With their fun sandwich names & delicious "Dutch Crunch" bread this place is the perfect addition to Sherman Oaks! The sandwiches are huge so even when Im starving I can only finish half! I haven't been disappointed yet with the service or sandwiches Ive had thus far! Ike's mom wasn't kidding when she said they are the best! Enjoy!“
“I came to the mall ready for dinner after a day at the park. I ended up substituting the chicken for tuna with the Asian Chicken Salad and it was a great decision! Service was a bit off-putting but the food made up for it. The bread was so soft and made the giant salad so filling and worth the bang for the buck. There was more than enough seating at the food court and parking around 5pm. I'd definitely come back!“

I don't know what people expect, but each time I've had the regular Philly it's been tasty, well-prepared, and I've been happy, cheesesteak-wise. And let me tell you, lately I have had some VERY rank Philly cheesesteaks from other jernts - really rank. So, I'll take Charley's any day of the week. It's inside the Westfield mall in Sherman Oaks, so I can actually walk there. Now, as you know, I'm the only one you need to listen to. I'm not a teen, I've been around the block, cheesesteak-wise, and I suspect you'll be happy with your meal and the price is right compared to other jernts. In fact, I want one now as I write this. “I've eaten at many different subway restaurants anywhere I go. I like the freshly baked breads and fresh veggies. This is my first review for a Subway because the two people that helped my family and I were both awesome people and I'd like to take the time to thank you them both. I can't remember their names but it was a woman and gentleman. We're there grabbing a quick lunch thanksgiving weekend on that Saturday before our drive back to Las Vegas. It was a pleasure talking to them while building our sandwiches. It was a nice last meal before we left LA. We didn't expect this especially from a Subway and we're happy it happened this way.“
“Best subway restaurant ever, not only good food quality but also best customer service, people that have different options, please don't waste your time nor the employees time and go buy food somewhere else, now days people should be more thankful for what they get. The employees there are the best for my own experience, I had never had an issue with them or the food. I'm a regular customer and they always have a courteous service, threat people the way you want to be treated.“

I mean, the store looked so so, the interior was ok, the exterior was ok... wasn't expecting much... but oh boy was I wrong! “This "Angels Bowl" (essentially a deconstructed hot chicken sandwich with bread swapped for crinkle fries) was everything I had hoped it would be. As a transplant who regularly grumbles at the cost-to-quality/portion size ratio of Hollywood restaurants, I feel this was good value. 2nd highest spice level was enough to get this Midwest-Polish boy sweating, but happy-sweating. “Very good pastrami dip, from the videos I thought it would be more stacked but it was fine, nice pickle slice with order, we also got a brisket sandwich, my father complained it was very greasy but had a great flavor, if I ever come back I will try the pastrami on rye it looked wonderful ✌️“
“Fantastic food in a busy but fun atmosphere.We have been coming to this restaurant since it opened at this location. The food is fantastic, there is plenty of free parking in the lot behind and usually room to be seated. Friendly staff.The only downside I have noticed over the past few years is that orders can take quite a bit longer than they used to. It's not uncommon to have a 20 to 30 minute wait once food is ordered which can be a bummer with hungry kids.“
