Pleasant staff. Very patient and helpful. Only our second time there and we read the whole menu. Lots of condiment options for burgers. Killer fries. And we even got peanuts to go....
Ashley saves my evening! Uber Eats sent my order to a location two towns over for some reason and kept push the delivery time back. I hadn't realized that until I decided to drive to one in my town of Simi Valley. Ashley and her team saw I was frustrated and took care of my order right away and it was made right and delicious as usual. Thank you for caring enough to handle it right then and there! Turned my night around and appreciate that customer service!

So, I really like this place and they are friendly.... But, I don't know how anyone runs a business from 11-4pm. I've tried to order from them 10 times and they are never open. I predict this place will go out of business before the end of the year. If I owned this restaurant, I personally would stay at the shop to keep it open and expand the hours. Covid as an excuse is exactly that.... weak.
