We went for dinner on a Sunday about 8 pm. The place had a lot of customers even though they close at 9 pm.The staff was friendly and attentive. My girls liked the kids menu and are their leftovers the next day.I had the fried quesadillas and shared a couple tacos and everything was really good.We had a very pleasant outing.Vegetarian options: Lots of options.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu
If you are looking for some good Mexican food in Simi Valley, El Huarache de Mexico is a decent option. Their food tastes great, they have good horchata, and the last couple of times that I've been in there, they have been playing reggaeton music in the background. There is a nice vibe inside the restaurant and the service is personable and friendly. Their menu does have a decent selection of dishes, so it is safe to say that they have something for everyone in the family.

Kept it simple this time with some Gorditas. Which are fire by the way. Been here multiple times tho and it's always good. The Pambazo is really good. Huaraches are great. Nachos are fire. Service is always on point.
