“We go to SkyPark at Santa's Village often to downhill mountain bike and whenever we're there we always grab lunch at The Pedal Pub. The Pedal Pub is always clean and the service is awesome. Special shout out to Robin and Cody who tend bar. They're the type of servers who remember who you are and welcome you by name when you come in. The Pedal Pub has an awesome collection of beers and spirits and their specialty cocktails have never disappointed. In the winter the wife and I have enjoyed their warm whiskey winter cocktails while looking at the snow. Their food menu has everything from burgers to sandwiches to pizza to tacos. I usually order the veggie club with bacon (we call this the, "not so veggie, veggie club"). Basically, it's the best BLT, you'll ever have. Today, I had their cheeseburger and fries, which comes on a brioche bun, with fresh veggies and fries. If you buy one of their beer mugs, draft beer refills are $5. If you're going to the Pedal Pub you do have to buy admission to SkyPark to get in, but it's worth it.”
“Ok, if you have a sweet tooth this is the place you will want to visit while you are visiting Santa's Village. I am sure the kids will not argue with you! We had waited in line outdoors for most of the time. It was quite cold and windy during the wait. One place I wish they had outdoor heaters .The house is decorated on the outside just like you would imagine a gingerbread house would be, cute, adorable and delicious looking. Once you walk into the house you will find some displays of familiar candies. Maybe something you may want to get the next time you are at your convenience or grocery store. Save room for the some of the beautiful and delightful dessert that are displayed behind the acrylic shield. And don't forget something warm to drink! The drink orders once made are handed out at the window on the side of the building. We ordered quite a bit, just wanting to try everything that looked and sounded delicious. My girls enjoyed the cinnamon rolls while the pretzel, and molasses cookie were my favorite. My girls agreed with me on the cookie as well. The grandkids enjoyed their cake pop. For hot drinks, we ordered hot chocolate and hot chai. For me, it was worth the wait. I would order more molasses cookie and an extra pretzel! The customer service was friendly despite the line of people that was coming through. Great job staff! I plan to stop by this house again the next time we come to Santa's Village.”
“We love St. Nick's! The food is great (but the likes get long for lunchtime during the winter season so be prepared to wait), and they also serve alcohol. It's a must when we visit Santa's Villge!”
“This restaurant is not open to the public. It’s located inside of the theme park. Can you walk into Knotts or Disneyland without admission just to eat? Pay to enter or drive a little further.”
“Note: I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of our food. Take that as a sign...it was good. We got there early, so the restaurant was just starting to get busy for breakfast. The smells of the kitchen really hit the appetite. Very small dining area, but warm and cozy. Decor was classically Mexicano. The menu was classic. They do have adult beverages if you are dining a little later in the day, but for me - I decided on a Mexican coke to go with my meal. I had the Chorizzo con Juevo plate and my wife had the Machaca plate. Both meals were delicious and filling. The beef in the Machaca was well seasoned. The refried beans were not your canned refried beans, or at least they did not taste like it. Maybe I was that hungry. The surprise was the salsa. Homemade and delicious. They must have a lot of people asking for it as they do sell it to go. If your on your way up to Arrowhead or Big bear, this little gem is right on the highway where you decide to go left to Arrowhead or straight to Big Bear. If you're hungry it is worth the stop. Hasta Luego!”
“The burger, I believe Santas village cheese burger is what it was called was delicious and the fries that came with the burger were great friend of mine ordered the chicken sandwiche thinking was called prancer something. I did get a appetizer basket of fries skypark style which had cheese and onions on them, the name of the fries were something related to Christmas. First time at Skypark Bike Park and it was so much fun the food was great too.”
“This place is a hidden gem! My 1st time there and I was very much pleased with the service, atmosphere , food and drinks! Great presentation of food and drink. Robin our server was very sweet and enjoyable to talk to. I definitely will be going back! ❤️”
“The Beef Brisket on the weekends is the best. Moist, juicy and amazing. In fact im going back...lol You see people from all walks of life at this place. Some are eating in their car. Some eat in or take home like me...Mac and cheese comes in regular and spicy...both good. Sweet potatoes ? are sweet ? my family left no Brisket. They charge per pound here. Wonderful staff.Parking: Easy to park. Old parking lot though...don't trip about it.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair ♿️ right in front.”
“Delicious conchas and bolillos!! They were so soft and flavorful. New owners accept credit cards and were very kind and humble. I will definitely be back for more!!”
“Cute ramen spot that I don't think it super well known! In addition to that, their ramen is good! I got the truffle ramen with tofu, and other than it being a little on the saltier side, I really enjoyed! Noodles had a good texture, truffle flavor was prominent, tofu was cooked well and they didn't skimp on it, and broth and mushrooms were good too. Servers were good too!”
“This place is extremely tasty. No negatives. Even better than I thought it would be. Take out only, with a little waiting area. Came out quickly, hot and fresh. I ordered the Papa bowl #1 (I think that’s what it’s called) with Kalbi. That little short rib was seasoned down to the bone, and had a nice smoky grilled flavor. That marinade is the best I’ve ever had. Also comes with lots of fresh steamed veggie, and a very flavorful dumpling. If you eat a lot or like a lot of meat, you may want to order extra meat or try a different bowl. It was perfect for me and very inexpensive for the quality of ingredients. The customer service was outstanding. Very charming and kindhearted lady served me top quality green tea in a cup noodles cup. So cute and charming. Please support this business.”
“This place is my FAVORITE!! My fiancé and I come in here 1-2x a week! I usually get a chicken shawarma sandwich or the plate depending on how hungry I am. Their chicken shawarma is sooo flavorful! It’s juice but also has a nice crisp to its edges. It had perfect flavor every time! We also always get the lebna which is like a yogurt side dish but my favorite thing to do is get a piece of pickle, shawarma and dip it in the lebna. It’s just sooo good! Not to mention the kindness that the owner gives everyone that walks through the door. She is a gem to the whole city! Anyone who eats here has been blessed! there isn’t a place in the world I’m happier to come and eat.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps everything is level and the booths have plenty of space and there is handicap parking.”
“This is the girl from Loma Linda… Thank you for your service, it was 100%!!! The food is not to be said!!! Thanks for the sopes and the delicious horchata, I will definitely return!!! ???”
“Food was really good. I had the chilaquiles and my husband had the combination plate w the chicken and cheese enchiladas rancheras. I was going to take pictures of our food but it was too late. Our plates were empty ! Limited seating, but the ambiance was good. We were seated right away. They also had piña, Jamaica, and horchata. We will be back for sure. I'm going to try the albondigas next time...”
“Lindsay the bartender is just the best!! One of my favorite spots in San Bernardino!! Drinks and food are great. Come in and see Lindsay!!Parking: Huge parking lot. Never at a loss for parking so fill it up”
“Fresh, delicious, authentic Mexican food. Simple menu, reasonable prices and fast service. I forget to take pics of my food, cause my focus is eating. Neighbor hood not so great at night. Lots of homeless people. But as customers we look out for one another. Must try!”
“OMG!!! DELICIOUS FOODDELICIOUS EVERYTHING. Tamales, bread, bolillos, everything. The employees are very helpful and hard-working.The only problem is the atmosphere because the place is super small ?ONE CAN'T EVEN WALK AND WE ARE CRASHING WITH THE TRAYS AND ALSO FROM BODY TO BODY, because everything is so delicious that it gets very crowded at any time.”
“Food is made to order. I had the international omelette served with a side of hashbrown and wheat toast. First time here and definitely not the last. Great place for food and quiet time :)”
“Called prior to making a reservation to see if they could accommodate a wheelchair and they we're super nice and helpful giving instructions how to get in. The food was incredible- highly recommended the Caribbean Salmon, Macadamia crusted halibut and Filet. The sushi of the day was amazing too. Cozy vibe, wonderful people we can't wait to go back again.”
“We had tried to eat at this restaurant just before it closed and missed it. When we found out it had reopened, we had to try. The food is pretty good. The pita bread brought out to the table is awesome with the hummus or butter. I had the ribeye with a baked potato, shrimp and veggies. The steak was a bit gristly and the potato over cooked but taste was ok. The shish kabob's are great, definitely try these. The restaurant is kept extremely clean and the servers are polite and nice. Thanks.”
“Good beer in a cool spot by the lake. Flights of 4 are available, and they have fun games to play while you drink. Bartender was very nice, we accidentally spilled a 4oz taster beer and he gave us another one at no charge. The Scorpion Bowl Sour was my favorite, the Flatlander Blonde is also solid.”
“I eat there at least once a month after I do a hike with my friend. We've been doing this for 3+ years. She lives in Running Springs and we go for a hike every week, weather permitting. I live about 16 miles away in Highland and enjoy whenever we go ”
“First off amazing food! I was so surprised at how great the food was. It was truly comfort food to enjoy while in the mountains. What could be better! The restaurant is cozy so I took the food back to the cabin. Portion was huge and the taste is great…I’ll get food from here anytime I’m in ”
“Cute little restaurant with the best pupusas in the area!! I had their chicharrón y queso and they were sooooo good!! Soft, thick, and flavorful. Portions are good and price is affordable. Service was excellent. Great spot, definitely recommend!”
“The food is always fresh & very tasty! My son Jason enjoying his soda as we leave there to go home.Features: One thing that I worried me was that none of the customers were wearing mask. There was some social distancing. But my son who is disabled loves In- N -Out Burgers & we tell him that he needs to wear a mask! We do too. And we are vaccinated / Boostered & have gotten our Flu shot too!”
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Miyagi, and I must say, it has become my absolute favorite sushi spot. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The sushi at Miyagi is truly exceptional. Each piece is expertly crafted with the perfect balance of fresh, high-quality fish and just the right amount of rice. I appreciated that they didn't overdo it with the rice, allowing the flavors of the fish to shine through. This attention to detail truly sets them apart from other sushi places I've visited. It's clear that they prioritize the quality of their sushi above all else, and it truly shows in every bite. What impressed me even more was the outstanding service, especially given the restaurant's popularity. Even during busy times, the staff maintained a high level of attentiveness and professionalism. I never felt rushed, and every request was met with a smile. This level of service truly enhanced the overall dining experience and made me feel valued as a customer. In addition to the outstanding sushi and impeccable service, the ambiance of the restaurant is modern and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal. The attention to detail in every aspect of the dining experience, from the food to the service to the atmosphere, makes Miyagi a standout in the sushi scene.Overall, I highly recommend Miyagi to any sushi enthusiast. The commitment to quality, the perfect balance of flavors, and the exceptional service make it my favorite sushi place. I look forward to my next visit and another unforgettable sushi experience.”
“Wow everything we had was absolutely amazing!! The Brussel sprouts were so flavorful it had this sauce on it and it was so good! Shishitos we're great as well. We had the clams and they were probably the best clams I've ever had. The sauce is perfection it was full of flavor and not overpowered by white wine. Will be coming back to have dinner here in the future!”
“Boy lemme tell ya, this is a hidden gem of a bar. Best dive I've drank at in a long time. Beer is cheap, A/C blows cold and the locals rock. I will definitely come back and spend all my money.”
“Best pizza I've tried in a while. Specially coming up to big bear it's hard to find places to eat. This pizza joint comes in clutch ?Fast service too eat ya food while it's hott . Affordability is something I look for in quality food and this has it. Definitely coming back.Parking: More than 20Kid-friendliness: Lotta arcade and a pool table”
“Be prepared for a two hour wait. Most people order their pizza and just come back later. We really wanted to give it a try so we ordered and came back 2 hours later. Got the margarita and the Lou Special, they were good, I'm just not too sure about the 2 hour wait time... but they do have a sign that says something like.. if you're in a rush, this isn't the right place for you. Love the honesty. We really like the atmosphere, very warm and welcoming. There seemed to be a lot of locals. The drive up there is very dangerous tho, not sure how people do it. We were in town on vacation for the weekend and it was super foggy and dark driving up to get our pizza. I totally regretted it. I would never drive there at night again. Back to the pizza! Everyone liked it, but they are very busy so be prepared to wait. I love supporting small food businesses like these!!!”
