This is my new favorite Chinese restaurant! I wish I would have known about this GEM years ago. The pot stickers were cooked to perfection and everything else I ordered was bursting with flavor. My wife even mentioned how she didn't feel bloated after, which had been the norm for us after we would eat Chinese food. Maybe it's the oil they cook with?
