“We ate here for an early dinner. The service was great and friendly. We ordered the New England clam chowder that came with cheesy garlic bread. Outstanding! We also ordered a small sausage pizza that was good. It had a sweet sauce. We would definitely recommend eating here!“

The pizza, hot dogs and meatball sandwich along with the chocolate chip cookies are some of the best bar food items you'll find anywhere. Live music most weekends and Sundays. “The seating inside was standing room only and it was just a little chilly to eat outside although we would have since there were heaters by the outdoor tables, but it was just windy enough to make it a little uncomfortable. We ordered our pizzas to go and I bought a ginormous cookie that was freshly baked and perfect to snack on while I waited for my pizza. This place is clearly a local favorite because it was packed with people and came highly recommended by the resort concierge where we were staying as well as Google maps. Our pizzas were delicious and the staff were all extremely welcoming and thankful that we waited, even though it was a pretty short wait for our pizzas.“
“Never been disappointed by this little off-shoot of Mary's! They have my favorite things all within minutes, breadsticks, Mary's famous salad and pizza. If you aren't wanting a longer sit down meal, check this place out! Options include taking lunch/dinner to the park and enjoying it at the picnic tables or sitting on one of the three seats indoors. No matter where you have your food from slice shack, I can guarantee it will be good!“

“This is my kind of pizza shack! Clearly we didn't stop in for atmosphere, with its wide open dining area and very high ceiling, the sound really bounces around, but when it comes to food this is where you want to be.The open faced meatball sandwich is truly a meal! Those enormous house made meatballs are just the right size for the fresh sourdough bread, add the fresh melted mozzarella and red sauce and your in heaven!.Apparently sandwiches are in their wheelhouse, they also serve one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I have ever had. Layered cheeses with a bit of sauce squeezed in between the grilled sourdough bread was the best I have ever had. Add a side salad and your set.Although the server seemed to take a while to warm up, overall the service was good. This is a great place for lunch. Cheers!“
“This was the best restaurant experience of my life. We came in to celebrate my sister's bachelorette party. The ambience was lovely. The layout of the restaurant was cozy but not crowded. The other guests there were wonderul, kind people. The food was fantastic. And then there was Charles. I could not in my wildest dreams have imagined better service than that which we received. Charles was kind and funny, helpful and so attentive. He knew the area well and helped us plan our evening. Whatever he's being paid, pay him more. He's truly one of a kind. Thank you for making the experience magical! I would drive back to Sonoma just to visit The Depot.“
