“? came here Labor Day weekend (2023) while staying with my Brother in Law in Twain Harte. I ordered 2 Big Country Breakfast Burritos ?, it was a 25 minute wait because it was Labor Day weekend.First of all, whoever owns this store (My wife was born & raised in Twain Harte, I know this store has been here for decades) - the owner needs to purchase a new toaster oven and a new microwave (owner = stingy). When i was waiting for my Burritos ?, the toaster oven caught on fire ? - no joke, smoke filled the store❗️and the microwave took a ridiculously long time to heat up our Burritos, Burrito was $12.00, worth only (maximum) $8.00?. The food prepping area needs to be cleaner, upgraded oven and microwave etc. And the food preparing people need to wear gloves when handling food. The owner needs to make these upgrades and then give his or her staff a major raise in pay ?‼️“
“Classic diner food in a friendly gas station vibe. Staff were super friendly and accommodating (we split a burger). They nailed the onion rings, chicken tenders, and French fries. Definitely have to overlook the gas station environment but kids loved it.“
“A very cozy brewery off the main road in Sonora. The beers were good and they also offered indigeny cider which was delicious. They also have tasty American style grub that was served by a friendly waitress. Also can't beat the location being surrounded by downtown small businesses to check out while in the area“
“Ooh, so nice in such a little town! Local pasture raised beef burgers, even! Blood orange wheat ale on tap was just one of the many artisanal brews offered here. The staff was super cool, like I would hangout with them even ? Def a happening place on the “
“My wife and i ate here for our five year wedding anniversary. We did the 2 for $30 deal, but i did the new $25 garlic steak sizzling plate with a cup of french onion soup and my wife got the $35 shrimp plate with a side ceasar salad so they balanced out to $30 for the deal, Mozzarella sticks were our appetizer for the deal. Sorry for no pictures, but the food was delicious!Kid-friendliness: The table next to us was hosting a small party with kids and they all seemed happy.“
“I enjoy eating inside to "people watch". Their dining room is always clean. Ironically, I spilled my drink on floor and they cleaned it up right away.I really like their new Chicken Wrap. Affordable alone. The cost of all full meals are crazy.Vegetarian options: I would like vegetarian options“
“My husband and I had a light lunch at Diamondback. Southwest Chicken soup with focacia bread. The soup and bread were excellent, and the service was great. Our waitress was attentive and very sweet. The atmosphere is very much old Sonora, which we loved. We would certainly go again.“
