We got grilled shrimp plates and added octopus on the side. The grilled shrimp were really good, the chips & salsa were A1, and even the white rice was delicious! I would recommend getting the whole octopus instead of adding pieces on the side because it's much easier to overcook a single tentacle versus the whole thing. Spent over $100 on food and it was depressingly mediocre. Ordered the Shrimp Enchiladas and although the shrimp was cooked fine and the salsa/mole had great texture it barely had any flavor!! the tacos gobernador were just as flavorless but were salvaged by the tasty salty cheese and peppers. This is one of my favorite restaurants! It’s been a while since I’ve had it and wow! It did not disappoint! It’s just as good as the first time I tried it! I had the Roca Shrimp and Raw Ceviche, it was so delicious and flavorful! The sauce on the shrimp was perfect.
