it's In-N-Out. food is good. service is ok. really busy as expected. my only complaint was. when a lady dripped her soda on the floor. she run to tell the guy at the cash register. they kids said ok. but didn't do anything. I was sitting in front of the lady and saw everything. it took them 13 minutes to come out and put up a sung. For 13 minutes, people walked around the drink on the floor. some of it hit my shoes.This is very, very dangerous someone could have fallen.
Place was packed at 10pm on a weeknight but plenty of seats outside as it was 'winter' but a fine clear night. Food was great but chips were a little soggy and cold. Haven't found a good chip/fries place in USA yet. Burger was 13/10. Security guard did us a solid standing nearby when we felt uncomfortable with a random male sat right next to us smoking weed and trying to talk with us. Tried to tip security but he refused. Thank you for helping us feel safe.
