I wanted some breakfast before heading back to Bay Area so here we are. Place was cozy and warm since it was cold and snowing. We did waited for a little bit and I regret not ordering the famous Hot Chocolate. Instead I keep thinking about Mimosa sadly they don't serve it. Bummer. Food was okay typical breakfast. I asked for an omelette but I guess at that time not sure what happened omelette didn't happen. I didn't order a hash brown ended up having one. Lol Every server moved...read full review
We went for brunch during a massive snow storm, and Bert's was a fantastic experience. The staff were all so nice and attentive, the food was delicious and large portions. The OJ was fresh. I really enjoyed the Crepe Benedict & others in our group had the Cowgirl - which was a ton of food! Would definitely go back.

Bert's has been a fixture in the Tahoe area for over many years. The food and the service are excellent. We recently went here on a weekday for breakfast and it was outstanding. The pancakes were hot fluffy and delicious, I ordered chilaquiles con huevos and they were awesome. Even though they were busy they served us quickly and the service and food was fantastic. I would highly recommend Bert's if you're in the Tahoe area.
