“They make some good sandwiches! You can't go wrong ordering anything here. The service is also amazing, and the people who work there are very kind and have a good energy. The restaurant has a clear and nice theme except for the random sun bum decorations. Overall this is definitely the best sandwich shop in South Lake and I would recommend coming here.“

“Great locally pop owed franchise. It's a little bit on the higher side in terms of price, spent almost $20 for a footlong long sandwich meal (chips+drink+a little tip), but it's worth it! (And what isn't expensive, especially in this town; especially nowadays, after a pandemic... And also this city is driving it's residents and especially it's businesses that have been here for a long time, out, in favor of greed). Ingredients are very fresh, they make everything there (besides the chips and drinks of course), but the bread, cookies, meat, veggies is all freshly bake and prepared there. I know the owner personally, and he's a wonderful guy, with a positive character, puts a lot of effort into running his business. Unfortunately, after long years of public service to his community, he's selling the franchise, so be sure to try this place out before it closes! (somewhere before Summer 2024). Good good overall!“

“Food was good here. We went in there for bagel sandwiches which the restaurant had taken out of the menu. The staff, however, made me a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel by adding individual items. It did not amount to a really expensive meal even though everything was a side item. The Undertow is their most popular coffee drink and it definitely did the job. I mistakenly assumed it would be a warm beverage, but unfortunately it wasn’t. It was still a great drink, however.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of families with small children were present.“

Tahoe Keys Deli Deli • $

“We were in South Lake Tahoe for MDW and came to this deli after a hike. I wanted to eat something refreshing so I ordered the small Turkey Avocado sandwich, and my boyfriend ordered the large pastrami sandwich, then we ate it at the lake. This is a small storefront in a small complex. There's tons of parking around and you'll see lots of people stopping in before 3PM to grab a bite. They have about 3 tables that seats 2 on the inside and 3 right outside. Our order took a little bit of time to make due to the rush, but it was worth the wait (Especially the pastrami sandwich). I'm not a fan of pastrami sandwiches, but this was the best pastrami sandwich I've had! For a large sandwich, they graciously cut it into 5 smaller portions for you. For a small sandwich, they cut it in half. We took our sandwiches down to the beach, enjoyed the sunny weather, and people watched.“

“They were wonderful here. One son wanted to build his own sandwich, and the staff was so accommodating to a 7 year old. They even delivered it to the table, which I wasn't expecting but cherished. Our son ate his whole sandwich, which is phenomenal! Our sandwiches were absolutely delicious!Parking: Parking was easy as there is a complete parking lot for the multiple restaurants and stores in this strip.Kid-friendliness: They were great and patient as our son decided what to order and the tables were easy for us to sit at.Wheelchair accessibility: Tables were very accommodating for our chair. And there was enough room to either sit at the end of the table or on the side.“
