Superb cappuccino and cortado prepared by an expert barista in clean minimalist space. Both beverages exhibited strong notes of expertly roasted beans with rich crema that lingered on the palate. The cortado exhibited an intoxicating taste that rivals the best we’ve ever tasted - and we sample plenty across the US and beyond. Much attention has been devoted to the interior which is adorned with live plant and decorated with tasteful combination of tile and natural woods which maximizes the small space.Should have hired the designer to do my kitchen. There is no seating on site. Barista Rowby is a master of his metier and efficiently serves a line of patrons, many of whom were welcomed personally by counter person Gigi. Pride of ownership bounds with a variety of fun stickers and branding item. Roasted beans are available on site which is a big plus for me. Dead Eye rises to the top echelon of Bay Area coffee establishments and deserves to be on your map.Parking: Parking is tight so be patient to receive your reward

Very cool, innovative vibes. I love that you can buy a drink token good for any one drink, instead of a clumsy gift card where you're left with the recipient either wasting some or having to pay extra. No seating inside, just grab your coffee and go, but the guys working there were friendly while we waited.

Love this place. Hipster as can possibly be, and has to be the tiniest coffee shop I’ve ever stood in, but what they lack in square footage, they make up for with some excellent coffee - their Tahitian vanilla latte is absolutely delicious. They also have a rotating selection of freshly-roasted beans from interesting roasters (Devout and Proud Mary). Kinda spoiled to have such a great shop in the area - it’s a must-try if you’re a coffee person.

We were in the area and decided to stop by for coffee. There is a lot of parking. It's a small coffee shop inside a building. You walk in and the counter to order is right there. They have a few pastries and I got the almond croissant. We got the Tahitian coffee. I got my coffee with almond milk and my husband got whole milk. My husband's coffee was a lot better and creamier. I would recommend whole milk. The coffee is good quality and it definitely kept me up.

Coffee was not flavorful and limited to no sugar packets to creamer's available better like how they make your coffee

This is one of my fiancé and I favorite coffee shop around our area. My go to drink is their Iced Tahitian Vanilla Latte with oat milk and I would say it's a must-try. It's the perfect balance of rich espresso, creamy oat milk, and a delightful vanilla sweetness. What sets Dead Eye Coffee apart from the average coffee shop is their attention to detail. It's clear that the baristas take pride in their craft, ensuring that each beverage is a work of art. This passion is reflected not only in the delightful Iced Tahitian Vanilla Latte but also in every cup they serve.Dead Eye Coffee's attention to detail and cozy atmosphere make it a top choice for coffee lovers and anyone looking for a welcoming spot.

I love a good cup of iced coffee & this place hit the spot. Tried the iced Tahitian vanilla latte & iced spiced rose latte. Both tasted great & didn't taste watered down or anything. I would come back again in the future!

We recently discovered this spot after having lunch at the Korean restaurant located in the same plaza. The staff/baristas are AWESOME. They were so considerate of my daughter and offered to make her a chocolate milk. She LOVED having her own drink and it made her feel very special. She's almost 2yo so this was her first chocolate milk and it was not that sickly sweet fake stuff you get from the store. Mom-approved :) Mom's drink: iced Tahitian vanilla latte. Delicious and a must-try. Dad's drink: cappuccino with oat milk. Perfectly strong and hot. We were so happy with the drinks and service that we returned the following week to get drinks for ourselves and friends. This is bound to be one of our new regular spots.

Very good coffee. Very hot inside and nowhere to sit. I thought I was going to have a coffee there but we had to do takeout instead.

Friendly little hole in the wall on Grand with top-notch coffee. I had a cortado, very smooth with the barest hint of bitterness, just enough to know it was coffee and not some sugary stuff. Morning bun may have been day-old, but was buttery and had a pleasant hint of something like allspice. Indoor seating…sort of a sub-street-level shared area. Reasonable prices, but you have to look for their nameless sign on Grand opposite city hall, where I sat enjoying the fresh air with my coffee. Worth a visit!
