On this visit Store # 7937. Manager Raul made me wait 30min minutes due to the computer system failing. I understand that you must pay for your food. But when money is more important than customer service. Raul choose to call His boss 3 times making sure he got paid while I wait and pay for colder food. Very Disappointed that not even a discount was offered for my patience and time and understanding. 2 stars for this location in South San Francisco CA.

Customer Service is non existent.Delivery driver DEMANDED I give him a cash tip even though I tipped on my card already… He got really irate with me when handing off the pizza. I called the store and was placed on hold for 15 minutes until a manager came and said “Okay..?” In a very unbothered tone, as if I was the issue.Food is horrible by dominos standards, small portion of toppings and no sauce makes the pizza very dry.

I talked to "Sean" (I'm pretty sure he lied about his name.) I had an order problem and he was very argumentative over the phone. Then the phone was handed to Angrej the manager who was instantly hostile and argumentative. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My problem was never resolved and I never got a refund for an order they made a mistake on.

Had a shitty time last night. Dude insisted I download the app after I told him I didn't care for the discount and just wanna buy a pizza. Just one freaking pizza. Sent me to the laundromat till I did it. Came back and argued I didn't care and if I can "please pay with cash".Just want my freaking pizza and go home. Like I don't see the issue and how many times did I have to say I don't care for the coupon! Kinda humiliating being told what to do like that

I've used a lot of different Dominos locations over the years, and these guys rock. Pizzas are always cranked out super fast and they're always really cool. They have never messed up an order either. Thank you guys!

I've ordered from here a few times and today might be the last time. I only usually order from Dominos if there's a decent coupon. This week all menu priced pizzas are 50% off. So decided to get a large deluxe but after getting it, it's more of a sausage/pepperoni pizza with sparse toppings. I listed light cheese but they were heavy handed. The service is pretty bad, order said ready but still had to wait. The guy making the pizzas was not wearing gloves. I wasn't expecting much but then again it still is fast food pizza.
