I know No corporate coffee but you get a donut for a buck when you get one I very easily
I’m all for staff enjoying their work with friendly banter, laughter, and all but not to where it interferes with the actual job. Waited over 15 minutes for a lemon loaf after an initial 10 minutes for a cold brew. I had asked multiple times and they were beyond lost. Until the final time that I was upset asking one final time it magically appeared within seconds. There needs to be some type of management present to keep them running.

I order coffee from this location, almost everyday. The stuff is really amazing and they are so helpful and kind, however, Whenever I order online/mobile and I come to pick it up within 4to 6 minutes. I find my drink warm, not hot. I always ask to do extra hot.

Best Dunkin location. Dunkin’ is notorious for their inconsistency issues but certainly not this one! No matter what time of day, my drinks are always made right and they have the fullest, freshest, perfectly decorated donut selection I’ve seen (I also haven’t seen the chocolate and maple long John variation at any other location!). Bonus points for being an extremely convenient location being just off of 101 too.

Switching to massive iPads and no human contact for ordering isn't a good look. I was coming to this location often but I won't come back. Making ordering more difficult and having to answer multiple prompts on a screen sucks. Not to mention getting my order took longer then before. Good job.
