Great deal for take out, got the combo for 4 and had leftovers. Got to warn you, we choose the Mala as one of the soups. It is scorching hot, should have use half and add water to tone it down. All were great, will do it again on a cold night for dinner. Also should mention, everything is packaged very well. Should pickup a couple of hours before your ready to eat. The meats are really frozen so let them sit to defrost.

I will get straight to the point, we ordered hotpot for four....1st time customer Their variety of food choices and the meat portions were very good - 4.5 * They packed everything nicely organized with details - 5 * Customer service was very good - 5 * I love to do at-home hotpot but hate all the food prepping and always end up using only half the amount of food bought at the market specifically for the hotpot. This is my new go to place to pickup at-home hotpot meal. NO fuss, NO prepping, good quantity and great tasting broths. Tips: our meat was packed frozen so we couldn't eat it immediately, had to wait 20 mins for thawing out. The Mala broth was very very numbing spicy...Normally I can take spicy foods but the Mala broth was extremely fiery hot

My family was craving for hotpot since the COVID 19 pandemic. Therefore, I decided to try Fire Pot. Depending on the number of people the different options made it easy to order. I ordered the hotpot for 4 people, the amount of food was enough to feed 6 adults. The quality of the meats and vegetables are good. It beats having to prepare all the different types of food, so convenient! If you're craving hotpot, I highly recommend ordering from Fire Pot!

We have ordered here a few times now and everything has always been so amazing! The broth is super delish, (my favorite is the herbal chicken), the veggies are fresh and the meats are great as well. Plenty of food also for the price! The free drinks is a nice perk too. I just placed a last minute order for delivery and they were so kind to accommodate the very last minute request. I also tried to tip through the online ordering website but somehow it didn't go through so I called them to see if I could add it somehow but they were so nice and told me not to worry about it. Great service, and will be coming back often!

Amazing hotpot takeout!! Here's what I got: - Base: tonkotsu base - Beef Tongues, American Wagyu, Large Vegetables Combo, Fish Roe Ball, Fish Tofu, Enoki Mushroom, Fish Fillet, Konjak, Ramen, Sliced Lamb, siu mai The american wagyu and sliced lamb were both really tender and tasty, highly recommend both of them. I also loved the beef tongue -- make sure not to overcook it!! Makes all the difference in texture. Vegetable combo was plenty of fresh veggies. Enoki is a must and fish tofu was also tasty. I wish the fish roe ball is a bit more high quality though, the roe filling wasn't the best I've had. That order came out to about $100 and was more than enough food for three people. We had leftovers. Really clean packaging with ice packs. I think I'll be a regular here!!

During the pandemic, Fire Pot is our go-to for hot pot takeout: quality and fresh ingredients packed carefully. They made hot pot at home satisfying and trouble-free. I particularly enjoy their wagyu, pork and shrimp, and we can't wait to dine in once it's safe again. Until then, we will continue to enjoy our hot pot combo, followed by a full belly and a very happy food coma!

Love love love this place!! Discovered Fire Pot on Ubereats last year and I've been a repeat customer ever since. FYI, order from their website instead of ubereats because Ubereats charges a commission so help a local business out & avoid those fees for them!! My 1st order ever, I had ordered through Ubereats last April. I think Fire Pot was so fairly new at that time but their customer service was excellent. My order was taking a while because ubereats couldn't schedule a driver nearby so the owner of Fire Pot actually called me to inform me of the delay & told me that if no one gets assigned to me in the next 10 mins, he would make the delivery himself. That right there showed me he cares about his customers above all else & that (along with the delicious homemade broths & nicely packaged hot pot meats) is why I continue to order from them every chance I get!!
Ordered online for pickup and got two sets of the Hot Pot Combo for 2. Ingredients came packed in their own insulated bag. I didn't bring these home until two hours later, but the food was still nicely chilled/frozen thanks to the packaging. The portions were more than enough for two people! I also like that there's basic hot pot equipment for sale on their website. Their entrance is a bit hidden, but it's right across this beautiful bay trail that can't be missed.

With all the hot pot restaurants shuttered during COVID times, the only real alternative is to hot pot at home. Fire Pot makes it easy to do that! If you're lazy like me and don't want the hassle of waiting in line at grocery stores, food prepping, and dishwashing, then Fire Pot has it all done for you! Ordered the combo meal for 4 on their website and opted to pick it up at the South San Francisco location. NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT! It's a warehouse in the industrial area of South SF with tons of parking out front. Pickup was quick and easy. Everything was packed nicely in a cooler bag. The gentleman who worked there was very friendly as well! The tonkotsu broth was very savory and pungent. The beef and pork were surprisingly very fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend adding $3 to upgrade to the American Wagyu beef. The basic hot pot beef was fine too, but not as savory. I don't recommend the lamb though--they're actually marinated lamb cubes and not sliced lamb and were very chewy. Veggies, fish balls and meatballs were all fresh too! Sauces are included--the Fire Pot Signature sauce was amazing and I couldn't stop dipping everything in it! The combo set for 4 is definitely enough for 4-5 people. The prices are very reasonable. All you need is a pot, utensils, hot water, and you're good to go!

Great place to get fresh hot pot ingredients if you don't like to prepare them. Also, you can save on food waste. The food always come in nice freezer bags. It is super easy to order online, and the service is on point. Definitely recommend!

I am blown away. I am a person who prefers Korean bbq opposed to Hot pot, but WHEN I SAY THIS IS AMAZING...I MEAN IT! My friend and I pre ordered online and the kit was delivered the next day! The delivery man was friendly and everything was so so delicious. The meats were top quality which included Wagyu and thinly sliced pork belly. The broths were decadent and flavorful. The vegetables were super fresh and it came equipped with sauces and herbs! You create your own kit online choosing the meats, vegetables, broths and even drinks! I am so impressed with the quality, I will definitely be ordering from them again and so should you!!
