I like this place. Basic, no frills, Hawaiian BBQ. My favorite is the Shrimp Noodle soup. Large bowl of veggies' shrimp and super hot broth. Noodles on the side in the to go orders. Such nice noodles. Cooked perfectly so they finish cooking when you add them to the hot broth. Highly recommended. All of the other Hawaiian BBQ dishes also on the menu. Not much on atmosphere though.

I agree with the last review here from the online "customer" Felix, about not being able to use their restrooms unless you're a customer is the excuse to me. As with Felix, I also had an online order. Now isn't that also considered a customer, you're still buying their food. Just bc u didn't sit down to eat it, you're not allowed to use their restrooms! HOW ABSURD IS THAT?As a Doordash driver who is doing their service picking up their customer's food, this is the first time I was ever denied access while they had me even waiting on the food that should have been ready & they wouldn't let me go. Instead they had me go to Starbucks 4 buildings away & have the food be cold & late to customer waiting for my return, since now I took my time coming back.WHAT KIND OF SERVICE THEY LEAD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS? I'm sure they lost some online customers they REFUSED RESTROOM access to.

We're long time L&L customers but welcome the less seasoned flavors at Hawi. The seasoning and marinate of the Kailua pork and bbq chicken is spot on. The macaroni side is quite good too. Service is timely as well!

Always my go-to when working In the South San Fran area. Great food, portions ( used to be incredible but have downsized now) and quick fresh hot food. Great staff and I'm sure I'll return.
I was discriminated against by this place. The order is made online and the bathroom is only for customers who eat in the restaurant. I hope the owner explains that to me. Look at the photos. Am I a customer or not? the one who discriminated against me it's in the

Excellent!! my second order from here I am visiting the area for work and Hawaii BBQ is my favorite, im from Texas and Hawaii BBQ is still my favorite especially from here fresh and good portions recommended for sure!

Everything was fresh! The all meat combo was all tender meat! The chicken breast noodle soup is made fresh daily and veggies were all cooked to perfection! My son was sick & they were nice enough to make us only the chicken broth to take home (extra charge). Only downside was their fountain drinks were out of order! Small place not for a party more than 6.

The portions are excellent for the price. Loved everything I ordered even the macaroni salad that some Hawaiian restaurants don't really know how to make. Really liked the stir fried veggies that came with the plate lunch. Hope they always use the same combination of cabbage, carrots & broccoli! Generous portions for the bbq mixed plate.

The unagi is disgusting, way too much sugary teriyaki sauce dumped on it, barely any meat, and the macaroni salad is DROWNING IN MAYO.
Definitely a great choice to expand the choices of food in the area. The food here is legit and fills you up.Parking: Parking throughout the area
