I ordered from DoorDash and the order never came . I called ichiban to check the status of my order. After she spoke to several co workers in Chinese and laughing , she went on to tell me they don't have to make my order and call door dash to cancel . Unapologetic and rude . Ummmm . Ok . Will never order from here again.

We celebrated my September friend's birthday. It was full house Saturday night. They have short staff that night according to one of the server. I have to pick up jug of water, 3 times. No water was served on our table, no glass, utensil and plate. We ordered our food and some of our food was served after 2 hours and the rest of the orders was not submitted to the kitchen. I was starving after my full day conference. I ordered bangus sisig, that was one horrible food. We couldn't eat it at all. The food was unseasoned and not cooked properly. Definitely will end up in the garbage. I would say the Sinigang na hipon is well done but not enough to compensate the bad service. They prioritized the other table for some reason, got all the order and servers are checking on them but not our table. They should not take more customers if they can't accommodate quality service. I won't come back and won't recommend this place.
