This place is awful. And very confused. They have a variety of things from cookies, cakes, donuts, pastries. Bread. But it's like they focus on quantity vs quality! We got a bit of everything some cookies, slice of tres leches cake, two dinner rolls. The cookies tasted bad, the cake was overly sweet, and the dinner rolls -disgusting! The rolls molded after a day of taking it home. Never again, I should have read the review before I checked the place out

Very popular in the morning. Customer service was wonderful, offering to warm things up because its cold outside. Ordered a dozen donuts for a funeral reception and everything was perfect.

The worst service ever. The onion bread I had was actually really good. I got a fresh and warm one. And other breads were good as well. But the worker lady was not friendly at all. Sour face and can’t smile. She gave me only one napkin for four breads I bought. When I asked more napkins, she gave me two freaking more. What the…….

The lady lied to me and told me everything is made fresh everyday but I ate most of this slice of cake before seeing the mold on it. I will never return here.

Came here once and got a hotdog + cheese bun that was pretty tasty. However, when I felt like getting another one on a different day, I saw the glass display had a bunch of flies flying inside all over the baked goods. No thanks, I immediately left the store and haven't been back since.

This place has great customer service. Last time I was gonna buy 2 breads, the front desk lady gave me one extra for free. I tried the bread and it tasted freshly baked. I will definitely be back for more.

So much is wrong with this bakery. While inside we saw multiple flies but we assumed they were only in the display cases but after paying we saw even more in the back! The pastries were old, tasteless, and dry so much so that they gave my daughter food poisoning. The service was horrible and we were rushed to leave immediately after paying. Please don't waste your time (or risk your health) and go to Starbucks.

Ordered a tres leches cake and it tasted sour. Based on other reviews I think it went bad and was old sitting in the display case.Careful when eating

Worst bakery I've ever been to!

Not a quality place at lol, though people are nice. There is a case of chilled cheesecake slices that are presented as fresh, however these are just Costco frozen cheesecake slices thawed and sold as fresh. The cinnamon rolls are tough and stale. Of course, it's a cash only business so they can avoid paying sales tax and not pay income tax either. Don't expect much going here.

This is the worst Chinese bakery shop I ever visited. I was in hurry and did not check reviews on yelps! The lady was very rude and she did rolled her eyes at me the whole time I tried to make decisions just liked the other Yelps reviews mentioned. Their Chinese buns were over priced, not soft like regular bakery, not much fillings and pineapple crust bun topping fell right off! The lady shuffled all 8 buns in a medium brown bag. I asked if she can put them in a paper box because I need to bring them to work. She said no! I told her she is crushing my pineapple buns, so she just shuffled two buns into another smaller brown bag! Surely, my crust toppings all fell into the brown bag and nothing worst a "Cash Only!" Sign on top of the counter. Do not buy from this bakery!! They might be the only bakery in South San Francisco But definitely many other choices elsewhere!

I went in for coffee and a pastry. Pastries, while huge, were $3.50. Coffee was $3.50 she barked. For a large I later determined. With Starbucks right across the street, I left.

I bought a white bread loaf for ~$5, but there was green mold the next morning.

Horrible customer service! I came in trying to buy 10 cookies and asked for a box, the lady rolled her eyes at me and said I need to buy 12 cookies. I asked can I just pay extra for the box and she rolled her eyes and told me no. Like can you be nice about it! I wanted to support a small business nearby and I should've just went to Safeway for a box of cookies instead.
