I'm here right now to buy Halo-halo and there is a sign "will be back at 2pm" . I've been waiting for more than 15mins .now and no one here to help me. Very poor customer service

If I can give this place a negative star or a zero, I would have. It's not because the ice cream or the frozen desserts are bad; but it's because the employee who is working today is Soooooo RUDE! I ordered a frozen treat for My daughter, that was good but with me, I ordered an ice cream shake. She put some whip cream but as she put the plastic cover, I noticed there was a dead fly on the whip. I put it to her attention and she was trying to scoop it out to serve it back to me. I mentioned that I didn't want that one because of the fly. Obviously it's unsanitary and unclean. She expressed that "she's too lazy " to make another one and tried pushing the existing same one she made. I was disgusted! I ended up just walking away telling her that she should not do or serve dirty contaminated food to consumers. So please buyers beware! Dirty dirty dirty!

Good ice cream but can you please change to better spoons because your cheap spoons are downgrading your yummy ice cream. If you notice Baskin-Robbins or Yogurtland their spoons are beautiful! Just a thought!

I've been here a few times and most of the time, there's this older lady that is super slow. Every time she serves, the line gets long. I got served once by one of the younger ladies and she's faster and efficient. It will be nice if one of the younger ladies can assist the older lady so the line will move faster. Maybe I'll come here more often if that was the case.

What happened to this place, I couldn't wait to go there on a hot day, last time was my last time even the ice tasted bad and it was like they divided one into two glasses, guess I keep looking again.

I was here today psst noon with my toddler because he wanted ube ice cream. The lady at the register was counting money. I asked what time or if she's open. She didn't answer so I figured maybe because she was counting. We waited for her to be done, yes my son was patient because he really wanted a scoop. She just walked to the back and didn't say anything to us. My son yelled "hey why did you walk away??" That was very rude of her knowing we were waiting. She could've just said she'll be open later Just close this down. Everytime I go here they're closed anyway

They were out of ube ice cream, so I couldn't order their most popular item, the Mahalo-halo (lol I guess it really is just that popular even on cold days like this)...I ordered halo halo topped with quezo maiz and jackfruit ice cream instead and I am already left dreaming about the day I'll get to go back. Two thumbs up from my boyfriend and I.

Reasonable service. Good selection of ice cream flavors. Interesting creative contraptions on the menu. We had one I've cream, a milk shake, and a small what's called "ha ha". But, I hope the owners read this: can you please use biodegradable containers?

This ice cream shop is located within the Seafood city supermarket's food court. It wasn't too busy when we went and there was just one employee working. There are a variety of different flavors and Filipino desserts. We tried the pandan and mango flavored ice creams. They unfortunately aren't doing cones due to covid, so we had to get it in cups. The portions were pretty small. The ice cream was okay - a little sweet and true to flavor but not noteworthy.

I was craving maize queso ice cream ( corn cheese ) and I was so excited to finally have some. I was super disappointed in the quality of the ice cream. It literally tasted like freezer burn and it had tons of ice crystals in it. You can tell the ice-cream was old. So disappointed. I got 2 scoops and literally just threw it away after 2 bites. So much for having my sweet cravings satisfied -__- . On the bright side the ube ice cream tasted good. Next time I'll try to icecream first before choosing my flavors.
