We have been going to Vision Dumpling as it's called now for 20 years. Two weeks ago we did take out--our usual 4 entrees including tomato beef chow mein. NO CHOW MEIN--JUST BEEF!! Additionally, we were charged an even $50. Every item ends in 95 cents, so this seems wrong. We are checking out other Chinese restaurants in the area.

Excellent value and decent food for the nights you don't want to cook We ordered; beef chow fun... 8 / 10 Fried Pork chop 9 / 10 House special pan fried noodles 8 / 10 West lake soup 7 / 10 We also the Groupon discount but even without the Groupon, I will go back for good food and value

Good food wasn't that oily! Quiet atmosphere, the staff is friendly. I will return for lunch in the future. Good luck with the rebranding.

Amazing! Both the food and the service for take out is on point. I love that the employees here are taking COVID seriously and made me feel comfortable to order take out during COVID. I got the dumpling, combination pan fried noodles and the shrimp egg fuyoung. It was enough food to feed two. I especially love their dumplings, it tasted like home. Highly recommended for anyone who are in need of comfort food. Will definitely come back. Keep up the good work!

This restaurant serves average quality food although they seem to get a lot of takeout orders. This is our first time here so I don't know if they usually have more staff but today they really needed more hands as it took a long time for the one waiter to finally come take our order since he had so many phone orders. We got our food pretty quickly but the 2 ladies who came in about 10 minutes after us did not even get their food by the time we left! It was good to help out a local mom and pop place but this is not going to be one of our favorite places to return.

It was ok..rice was kind of of. The hard sude..sweet a d sour was not as tasty as some I have tried.. beef n broccoli was ok..soup have not trued..but egg rolls were but oily fried and not much taste in filling...it was a dinner for 2 ..parking g is on..I just wanted to try it ..would not be going back. I am sure maybe there ithere dishes are fine

Wow, amazing food! We ordered delivery trying this place for the first time. Tired of so so chinese food. The food was hot, fresh and amazingly delicious, all of it, not just one or two items but all that we ordered. Egg Foo young delish the way we like it and they put the gravy in a separate container, vegetable beef flavorful! Dumplings are all so juicy too! Will definitely order again!

I don't expect service from small Chinese restaurants but this place is SLOW. I ordered in advance and was told it will only be 10 mins. I arrived 5 mins late and still somehow ended up waiting an additional 20 mins. During this time, no other customer showed up (though they got a lot of calls) so it's not as if there was a huge queue.The price and taste are fine but the it is definitely not so amazing that it is worth waiting for. Don't order from here unless you have a lot of free time on your hand.

Poor service, 20 min extra wait on advanced notice order, didn’t have what I ordered ahead of time, but the food is good

I'm giving it 2 stars due to 2 strikes - past recent incidents. This place WAS good until 11/11/2020, The delivery guy delivered the wrong orders, as I was dialing the main number to let them know about the wrong order, the guy called me 5 mins later to tell me that he had given me the wrong order and that he would be coming back to get it and give my actual order. As I handed over the wrong bag order, I asked if he is concern about the Covid, that I hoped that he wouldn't deliver the bag I had touched, he just said "Sorry" & walked away. Today 12/06/2020, I placed an order for delivery, I got a text saying that my order will arrive between 6:10pm - 6:20pm. At 6:30 my order has not arrived and placed a call, a lady answered said that my order is just being cooked. I asked why wasn't there any courtesy call to let me know that my order will be running late, she said " I don't know, Sorry!" She asked if I want to pick it up instead, - if that was an option for me, I would have never place an order for DELIVERY. She told me to call Grub Hub to get my refund. A courtesy call would have been appreciated.

Never again !!! I ordered beef scrumbled egg and salt peoper pork chop and they burnt both of them. Last time the rice was uncooked. Worse chinese restaurant. I should have just cooked my own scrumble egg.bad food ! Very bad food !!!

I used to eat there a lot in 70'-78' & was my fave Chinese Restuarant. Always ordered their Won Ton & Noodles Soup & on the side Hot Mustard mixed w/Soy, Chili Oil & Hot Tea. Sometimes also ordered Chow Mein & Fried Rice.I been here in Stockton, Ca since 2001& really missed eating there. I ate there w/my two daughters back in 95'.My BF & I revisted SSF & San Bruno last Sept for our 37 yr long awaited reunion. Though he never ate there, I told we had to have lunch there. I think they had some of the same cooks & server. My soup was awesome like I remembered. My fam & I lived in Mayfair Village & he & his fam up in Sunshine Gardens.I was a 72' SSFHS Alumni & they moved to San Bruno & a 74' Cappachino Alumni.
