Great selection of baked goods and very clean and tidy. We haven't been here in awhile and grabbed a cake for a birthday. Friendly staff and a roomy place to sit and do some work, eat and enjoy a cup of coffee. Bathroom was clean as well. Parking ample but I know that's not always the case.

The food is super good! it makes great cakes and bakery. I would recommend the rainbow cake. Staff workers are also nice pretty nice. I really like the way it's decorated it is really gives a modern look.

Very nice bakery cafe. It's a very relaxing place to enjoy your coffee and pastries in the afternoon. Cappuccino was so good. It was the way I liked.

Went here looking for nice pastry. Ended up asking for a coconut mango slice. Listed at 7.59. At cash register I asked for coffee. Guy seemed very confused and didn't speak loud enough. Mumbled a bit. However he was charging me 7.69 for the slice. I told him that this is incorrect. I asked him to go by what he listed as. He claimed it is outdated. But that is not my issue. That is the store's issue. Not the customer's. I asked to speak with the manager. She was standing next to him. Dark complexion. Slim and long black hair. I told her the issue. She said they didn't change the sign yet. I told her that isn't my issue, as the customer. She told me thanks she will change it. They made my coffee. And went on to next customer. I asked the guy what about my cake? And I could tell he forgot. He said he will make sure to.change the price. I told him and the manager at that point that them saying they're going to change the price does not do me any good. Manager says she has no control. I get there is stuff she doesn't habe control over. But I've been plenty of places where something is mispriced and the manager of that store easily gave the discount admitting fault. I feel she could've done this. Especially if they want people to keep returning. I was tempted to walkout before paying. Don't know why I stayed. I shouldn't have. I'm going to send a concern to their corporate or larger office... I'll question if I ever want to return to shop here again. Disappointed.

The staff is ok in my experience, but not great. We stood at the cake counter looking at the cakes and had questions before ordering one. We made eye contact with several employees behind the counter, NONE of them would talk to us, very awkward. So we waited in line for the cash register trying to ask questions. The employee didn't have answers and wasn't sure what we were asking. It was a cluster of an interaction. We finally picked two cakes and some other pastries. My biggest complaint is just how foul and grimy the place is!! The couches are beyond gross and should've been replaced years ago. The fabric on the chairs is stained and nasty looking. The windows all have old hand prints and grime on them. It's really bad first thing in the morning when the light is streaming in. This place needs some serious outside help to clean this place up. It's disgusting.

My favorite place to study and grab a little treat + drink at! I really love the atmosphere in here, there's so much seating inside and a wide selection of breads, desserts, and sandwiches. I came here at all hours before and never had an issue with seating or getting the breads that I wanted. service is always top notch and they are super friendly. Highly recommend coming here!

Exquisite South San Francisco bakery with an Paris flair! My favorite is the Tiramisu Mascarpone cheesecake slices. The raspberry, strawberry macaron and Tropical mango coconut blueberry yogurt cake is divine ?❤️ Bakery offers fresh brewed coffee and fresh baked breads and pastries. Highly recommend visiting! ?????

Not kid friendly and we had a very bad experience with the manager there. Service is bad (always long line!!) and we did not receive what we bought. Would not recommend this place. I would rather go to the same store at different location where the service is way better!

Ordered some catering and a cake for a wedding banquet. The croissants were a hit amongst our family members and the cake was delicious. The staff members were beyond amazing helping my mother in law and myself. When we picked up the items, it was raining quite hard and one of the staff members helped us take the cake to our car.
