like others have commented, they don't call out your order consistently when it's ready. sometimes they do. sometimes they don't. the cashiers are friendly tho.

The staff are all friendly and reminds me of cheers where "everybody knows your name." the service is great, especially between 6 and 7 AM when everybody's rushing to get to work, positive attitude, kind and always wearing a smile. Nice to hear old school style music. My family and I have been coming here for the past ten years and we plan to keep coming. We love Peet's coffee and teas.

The cashier is always great but the bar staff are not so friendly. When they ask your name don't expect them to call it for your food. I was waiting for my name to be called and when I went to check the order had been sitting there. Not too happy about a cold meal when it should be warm. This is the second time I have been here and unfortunately will be my last.

One of 42 different coffees at Peet's called the Big Bang recommended by Shine, who was enthusiastic and awesome! Thank you, shine! Even though I like my coffee hot, the coffee can be too hot at times where I have to wait 5-10 for a little sip. I feel Peet's is underrated and has an edge on Starbucks on the coffee strength and flavor tip, if we're talking about an all black cup of coffee. Just how I like it. Haven't really explored Peet's on their speciality drinks though, so I can't speak on the comparison. Recommend the Big Bang for all my fellow black coffee drinkers!

The worst service at peet’s they going to tell me that they don’t have big bang and then we not brewing big bang which lie we going to use and then say we do pour over for big bang. I wish i can give 20 bad stars im stay away from this location.
