South San Francisco Store - very good service by Ms. Sideco and her team. I needed to purchase 12 doz of mamon and was attended without any hesitation. Your competition can only sell to as much as 5 doz per store so I am glad to have called your store before going to them... not only was i able to purchase the amount I needed, I also got a free mamon per 1/2 doz, $10 less expensive than that of the competiton, and a very good customer service. Red Ribbon not only serves good pastries, desserts, cakes, Mamons (all different flavors) etc. that has been a huge favorite of the young at hearts & the millennials! The mixtures of wide assorted goodies are a must to have & consume at once. One may never go wrong if the taste palates cravings for good old fashion cakes & pastries mixed with new found twists for each selections. For those individuals who has not yet tasted any of Red Ribbons products, do not even think about it & head on to their nearest store location & treat yourselves with heavenly goodies. And for the loyal fanatics like me, who never & will never be tired of their goodies, to let it be known that RED RIBBON is the BEST!! Kudos to LAIKA & REBECCA for service their service de luxe.

I also had an experience in December of 2023 when I bought the mocca mamon from Red Ribbon. I was about to eat one piece when I got home and upon opening it, there was a mold at the bottom of the mamon. I went back the same hour and exchanged the whole pack with a new pack only to find molds too on the other pieces. So I went back and just returned the pack to them. Red Ribbon should do quality control before selling items like these. You’re going to make customers sick.

Store should be checking their products in stock because last time I bought mammon and check the date 2/20 expiration date thinking it’s new this was before Valentine’s Day but when I open and try to eat it I saw molds on the bread/mammon already was disgusting ! I throw it away like throwing my wasted money! So disappointed!??

This is almost a "Halo Halo" except that's not ice cream! Very disappointing. The store was nice and clean, 2 stars for that!

The guy waved me off saying they are closed. Was trying to buy a cake for my wife's bday. I love red ribbon but tonight I'm going to Goldilocks.

I can't believe I can ordered 4 different flavors in one cake. I can't decide what to ordered. Every cake looks so delicious. So I ordered the sampler. Everyone loved it. I'll order the same one next time. Thanks Red Ribbon

We all know that Red Ribbon have great selection of food but I wanted to acknowledge how great and hospitable those people who works there. It happened on last year 12/23/23, I went there to buy some cake rolls. Then I had a call from my sister to buy some mamons and choco slices for her kids. So I went back there and the lady at the cashier told me that I came back (which means she pays attention to their customers). Then I asked the guy restocking their shelves, if they're selling a pack of choco slices so that I don't need to grab it individually. The guy said no but did offer to pack the choco slices for me. So I went to the counter to pay for my items and suddenly my other sister called me if I can do a quick grocery next to red ribbon, and since I was rushing, I left the store quickly forgetting my card in the card reader. The lady able to find me quickly and returned my card. I was so grateful to her because I would probably upset the whole day if I lost my card.

Just for your information, the store is open at 8:30 am, not 8:00 am per Google map. Jollibee is open, yeah!?

Ordered Halo Halo yesterday. The mango ice cream tasted just like whipped cream with flakes of mango. It's more crushed ice than ingredients. Hardly any ingredients at all. $6.75 too expensive. The worst halo halo i have ever ordered. Rip off.

they have a deal for the mamon i think it was buy 6 & get one free? something like that. i bought mamon for my kids and noticed the free one i got had mold. i understand it's already free but seeing all these reviews makes me wonder if they'll do anything about it. i guarantee the ones that they didn't get to sell or closer to the expiration date or even expired & changes the date they make those free for more business because who wouldn't want free items? obviously it will bring people to buy more of their mamon.

Poor customer service from employees who wear their visibly unhappy resting biznatch faces at the register. Most of the employees are too busy making tsismis (chismis/gossip) to notice potential customers that need actual service. Never a greeting upon walking in, they just stay talkin to one another. Prices increase each visit, meanwhile the food quality continues to decrease. Three consecutive poor experiences upon our last 3 visits. 1) Empanada temperatures are either lukewarm or have its filling shriveled up from being under the heat lamps all day; 2) Baked goods must have slow turnover bc our Ensaymada had MOLD on the cheese; 3) Hubby wanted to try the new Ubae drink. They're reaching to stay relevant with this. Underwhelming hints of Ube at best for artificially purple milk with a smear of Ube Halaya. Just go inside Seafood City and get you a jar of Ube Halaya for the same price as 1 drink. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. SSF Red Ribbon isn't deserving of it.

Zero star if I could.Few days ago, I bought something here and I didn't know that I left my card. Then i looked at my statement... I was charged about 3$ So, I realized I did leave my card.I called the store to check if my card was there.First I told the lady, did I happen to leave my card? And she said no. I told her to check because someone have used it in the store, pretty much it was the last place I used my card and I was sure I did leave it there. Then she said yes it was there. It was charged 3$ I know it's not much butMy question is....Why would a person that works there swipe a customers card before you get rid of the card???That lady told me in front that's why they do.Idk that does not sound right to me. But anyway, they refunded me for swiping my damn card. Sounds like fraud to me!
